Antares 97

Antares 97 is an apartment building designed at Colette Studio for the construction agency Unosesentaiuno. The design of the building understands elegance and aesthetics as a common good, a luxury that should be attainable even in apartments of a reduced size. It proposes smaller scale luxury apartments for a diverse clientele with varied living typologies. The building itself offers a variety of communal spaces for an extension of domesticity outside of each apartment: co-working lobby, shared gym, and a communal rooftop with a kitchen and seating areas.
